Recently I had to sell the house my sister had lived there for nearly 40 years. Not only I had to move temporarily from my residence in Northern California to San Diego area for this purpose, but I had to face this unfamiliar process of selling a house. As my native language was not English and my training was in a science field, it was rather difficult and scary for me to get involved with such transactions. Tyler Dabovich approached me first about selling the house. He understood my circumstance and explained clearly what needed to be done to “sell a house as is”. He gave me enough time of little over a week to think about the process and price involved. No pressure! When I made a counteroffer, he did not reject it right away, but consulted with his boss to finalize the agreed amount. Henry Sproul took over the rest of the process. He coordinated well with his team members and me. His planning was excellent by sending photographers, surveyors, and a notary person to do paperworks, etc. He always informed me what is expected next, etc. He was so good at avoiding interference with my schedule. Yet, he responded to my phone or text without any time loss. Overall, GG Homes people do good works.
